My passion for psychology began at A Level, where I discovered the profound impact the mind has on performance, confidence and wellbeing.

  • BA (Hons) Sport Psychology – Leeds Trinity University

  • MSc Psychology of Sport and Exercise – Leeds Beckett University

  • British Psychological Society Stage Two Training in Sport and Exercise Psychology
